The time has finally come for you to experience Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour as tickets will soon go on sale for UK fans. But first there are some important things you should know ahead of time to make sure the process is as smooth as possible, and to give you the best chance of getting your hands on those all-important tickets.
Firstly, you must register to get access to all ticket sales for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour
Ticket Sale Registration is being used to filter out buyers looking to resell tickets and prioritise genuine fans like you, ensuring that tickets go directly into the hands of those who truly want to attend the show.
It’s also important to note that Ticket Sale Registration does not guarantee access to the sale, or to tickets. We expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available, meaning only a limited number of fans will gain access to the sale. The system will then work on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are not initially selected, don’t worry! Fans not selected at first will be placed on a waitlist and may receive an invitation to join the sale if further tickets become available.
On 5 July, you will be contacted by the promoter, AEG Presents, confirming next steps.
LABEL PRE-SALE
The label pre-sale is ONLY open to fans who participated in the UK store Midnights pre-order offer between Monday 29 August 2022 and Thursday 27 October 2022. If you participated in the UK store Midnights pre-order offer you will be officially communicated with via the email supplied at checkout originally.

Swifties assemble! One of the most important dates in your calendar is finally here as tickets for Taylor Swift ’s Eras tour in 2024 start to go on sale this week.
With a career spanning over a decade, Taylor has had several different ‘eras’ in her music (with her latest release ‘Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) ’ dropping earlier this year), and the upcoming tour will celebrate all Tay Tay’s various incarnations.
From her country beginnings to her modern pop anthems , Taylor’s music has touched the hearts of millions of fans worldwide, and the Eras Tour promises to be an unforgettable experience for Swifties all over the globe.
Unfortunately, with just 13 UK dates across four cities currently on sale, some fans are bound to be left out.
After the dates were announced, fans initially had to register their interest for the show they wanted to attend. A midnight presale followed, with select fans given early access to tickets if they pre-ordered Taylor’s album Midnights on her web store in 2022.
Really canât contain my excitement because⦠weâre adding 14 new shows to The Eras Tour. And I get to travel the world doing shows with @paramore !! Hayley and I have been friends since we were teens in Nashville and now we get to frolic around the UK/Europe next summer??? Those registered recently found out if they were to receive the coveted access code for the sale – with others put on a waitlist.
So, what happens if you get placed on a waitlist? Could you still get tickets?
Here is what you need to know.
What happens when you are on a Taylor Swift The Eras Tour waitlist?
While many fans were sharing their heartbroken reactions to being placed on the waitlist, it doesn’t mean that tickets are completely beyond their reach.
If you’re a Swiftie on the waitlist, check your email regularly . If some of the lucky people who received access codes change their minds, the opportunity to join the sale may be extended to those on the waitlist, so keep an eye out for any updates.
According to Manchester Evening News , the email for Taylor’s Wembley Stadium shows reads: ‘You’re on the Waitlist … But Hang Tight.
‘Right now, you are on the waitlist for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour in London.
‘There will not be enough tickets for everyone who registered, so a limited number of registered fans received an opportunity to access the sale, and others were placed on the waitlist.
‘If any tickets remain after selected fans have shopped, we may email you again to join the sale.
‘Please note only fans who were sent links and unique access codes will be able to join the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Sale. Do not attempt to join unless you receive a link, as you will not be able to purchase tickets.’

Your email could come any time after the sale begins, so keep a close eye on your inbox.
It is worth noting that many fans have been critical of ticket providers Ticketmaster and AXS after being greeted with ‘Oh no’ error pages during the queuing process.
Ticketmaster famously had big issues distributing tickets for the US leg of Taylor’s tour, with even the US President himself, Joe Biden weighing in on the situation.
